Community Service Award
Project: APS Prototype Elementary Schools One, Two and Three

The Community Service Awards, Green Building Category, are honoring Albuquerque Public Schools for new construction and renovation projects that protect and enhance our environment. Albuquerque Public School will be awarded for its leadership in Energy and Environment Design (LEED) certified projects. Chosen by the Community Service Award panel in conjunction with the Green Building of America Award, Albuquerque Public Schools will be presented with the prestigious and historical Community Service Awards Green Building of America Plaque of Honor.
Chavez-Grieves was referred by the project's award submitter for being an important team member. Referred team members will have their company name and service or product provided listed ont he Plaque of Honor as a presenting sponsor. The plaque will be presented to the owner for display in its new facility. The beautiful, full-color, personalized Green Building of America Plaque of Honor will thank the owner for its "Contribution to Our Community." The plaque also includes the Green Building of America Award logo and the "Protecting and Enhancing our Environment" band at the bottom of the award.
