George H. Bradley III, P.E., Chief Financial Officer, Vice President And Principal, has been with Chavez-Grieves since 1993. He has 18 years of experience as a structural engineer in New Mexico. Mr. Bradley has been involved in all aspects of project management, including budgeting and development of project fees and schedules, schematic design through construction administration, and peer and final quality reviews. Mr. Bradley's areas of expertise in structural engineering include pre-cast, pre-stressed concrete and masonry design. As a registered engineer serving as a Project Manager/Team Leader for Chavez-Grieves, he provides engineering design and project management from conceptual design through construction documents.

He is currently providing project management and structural engineering for the Presbyterian Hospital East Expansion project in Albuquerque. He received a BS in civil engineering from the University of New Mexico in 1984, and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of New Mexico in 1990.
