Dave Grieves, P.E., is president of the board and Chief Marketing Officer and a founding partner in the firm of CG. Dave's expertise includes the utilization of a wide variety of building materials in the design and construction of private and public sector facilities. For the past 27-years, Dave has provided structural design of mid-rise structures, mixed-use development, health care facilities, schools, universities, research laboratories, military bases, office and retail facilities, correctional facilities, sports arenas and public parks, municipal buildings, manufacturing plants, computer processing centers, hotels and dormitories, and private housing.

Dave is also an expert in historic renovations and has served as consultant and engineer on many historic adobe church renovations for the Archdiocese of Santa Fe. He is actively involved in the design/build industry and is a former National Vice President with the American Consulting Engineers Council. He received his BS degree in Architecture/Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

Dave's commitment to quality is exemplified by his dedication to the ongoing development and implementation of quality control processes and programs in his own firm, and within the ACEC. As a result of Dave's successful Quality First Program, Chavez-Grieves received the Quality New Mexico Pinon Award.
