Chavez-Grieves is a "Team-Based"
organization currently with of five production teams and two support teams.
We practice team-based management with an empowering team leadership approach.
Production teams are organized along business lines and market sectors and
teamwork with our clients and sub-consultants is highly emphasized and customized
to meet the specific needs of each project. Our objective is to establish
accountability and responsibility through a system of win-win agreements,
which emphasize expectations, standards, resource availability, accountability
and consequences while accomplishing project requirements.
